ProCo wins national Company of the Year award

Sheffield-based ProCo has won the print industry’s highest accolade at this year’s PrintWeek awards, being voted ‘Company of the Year’ in recognition of the company’s growth during the recession and its development of a broad, integrated service offering to customers in the UK and Europe.

Speaking after the award ceremony, director Jon Bailey said:  “Although ProCo started life as a print company, in recent years we have developed the businesses and diversified into delivering far more than just print products.

“We are delighted to be awarded such an accolade. It’s a very tough market at the moment so it’s reassuring to know that we have the ability to deliver real value-added services to our customers. When the recession struck we decided to tackle it head-on by broadening our offering, introducing stringent business and process controls and implementing major programmes including extensive training for all our employees. The response from our customers has been fantastic.”

“We have ensured that we stay ahead of the latest marketing techniques and advances in technology to work with our customers to deliver a range of services that fully integrate with their marketing communications and business development needs, both online and offline.”

The award recognises ProCo’s development as a company to embrace innovation within the changing face of the print industry to become a leading player in integrated marketing communications and customer engagement services, growing into areas of customer engagement, campaign management, online ordering , customer loyalty and complex data driven management tools and reporting.

ProCo employs over 100 people and operates from a 50,000 sq. ft. site off Sheffield Parkway.
